Overview

In this Lead Product Manager role, you drive high-profile digital products for UK public sector and large enterprises. You shape product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across cross-functional teams to achieve measurable benefits and societal impact. You’ll help evolve Netcompany’s Centres of Excellence and support business development and client engagement. You work closely with government clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver impactful, user-centred solutions at scale. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong client relationships and act as a primary delivery contact
  • Lead PM across multiple Government projects
  • Understand user, business, and operational context to inform product decisions
  • Own product strategy and vision; create roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Manage product backlogs, elaboration, prioritization, and acceptance of user stories
  • Develop plans to capture feedback, measure benefits realisation, and track service performance to optimise design
  • Oversee supplier performance and partnership management

Key requirements

  • Experience as Lead Product Manager on government projects
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members in delivering digital products
  • Experience in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery environments and large transformations
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering under tight timelines
  • Experience delivering in the UK public sector with GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments
  • Desirable: consulting experience
