Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
• Provide expert legal advice ensuring high client satisfaction
• Handle complex matters (development work, shared ownership, easements, bespoke drafting)
• Maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
• Ensure regulatory and internal process compliance
• Collaborate with colleagues and support junior team members

Key requirements

• At least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing in a busy environment
• Confident managing own caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience across a wide range of residential transactions, willing to handle complex matters
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Client-focused approach and ability to build relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to market demands
