Product Specialist

Overview

As a Product Specialist at MPB, you will grade, list, and photograph each item to showcase quality and drive smooth transactions. You’ll work within Operations to ensure items are media-ready and ready for marketplace publishing, supporting high standards and customer satisfaction. Your work underpins trust in our platform and reinforces MPB’s commitment to sustainability in the circular economy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and continuous improvement in product listings.

Responsibilities

• Test stock such as DSLRs, lenses, and cinematography gear.
• Process inbound transactions through the in-house software system.
• Prepare, photograph, and write concise descriptions for items for sale.
• Ensure items are ready for publishing to the marketplace.
• Support customer satisfaction and uphold MPB’s quality standards.

Key requirements

• Solid knowledge of camera equipment or genuine interest in photography/videography
• High levels of organization and attention to detail
