Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth and shaping of the cyber security practice
• Deliver on high-impact cyber programmes for central government and critical sectors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure-by-design solutions
• Mentor and support the development of junior cyber professionals
• Support alignment with NIST, CAF, and UK public sector security standards
• Help professionals progress towards recognised cyber accreditations

Key requirements

• Experience in or aspiration toward Security Operations (SOC) – detection, response, threat hunting
• Interest or experience in Industrial & OT Security (IACS/OT Cyber)
• Interest or experience in Cyber Security Architecture
• Interest or experience in GRC & Assurance (governance, risk, compliance, audit, regulatory alignment)
• Desire to grow within a people-led consultancy and to develop professionally
