Overview

As Site Manager, you will lead on a high-end new-build commercial project in Hornchurch, ensuring on-site delivery and adherence to programme, quality, and safety standards. You will coordinate subcontractors and liaise with client and design teams to keep the project on track. The role sits within a supportive team focused on delivering a premium finish for a main contractor. This is an opportunity to shape a high-visibility build and demonstrate leadership at scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and coordination of trades and subcontractors
• Oversee safety, quality, and adherence to the construction programme
• Manage site logistics, site files, and QA checks
• Coordinate with client, designers, and supply chain
• Monitor progress against milestones and rectify issues
• Maintain accurate on-site records and reporting

Key requirements

• Construction site management experience on commercial/new build projects
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and to quality standards
