Overview
As Area Sales Manager, you will drive new business and manage key accounts for district heating pipework solutions within Yorkshire and the Northeast. You’ll own the full sales cycle from initial consults to on-site project completion, engaging contractors, specifiers and building services consultants. This autonomous, home-based role sits in the Water Technologies division of a renowned international manufacturer, offering strong earning potential through commissions and rewards. You will shape project delivery and training on site to support contractor success.

Responsibilities
- New business development and existing account management
- Sell district heating pipework solutions to commercial clients
- Lead projects end-to-end by coordinating with contractors, specifiers and building services consultants
- Home-based role covering Yorkshire and the Northeast
- Support and train contractors on site
Key requirements
- Strong sales background with new business and account management experience
- Background in construction, utilities, HVAC, mechanical or building services
- Experience dealing with contractors and specifiers
- Previous site experience
