Quantity Surveyor – Rail Projects

Overview

In this role you will contribute to a major London rail upgrade programme associated with Crossrail. You will work within a delivery-focused team on a 30m TFL project, ensuring robust cost control, measurement, and change management. The role involves close collaboration with clients and the supply chain to maximise income and manage risk. This is an opportunity to support high-profile civil engineering work with NEC3 contracts, delivering value across the project lifecycle.

Key requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• 2–3 years post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering, preferably rail
• Experience with NEC3 contracts
• Previous experience with a main contractor
