Solution Architect – Supply Chain Product & Innovation

Overview

As a Solution Architect at Kinaxis, you will bridge product gaps and guide a cross-functional team to deliver deployable supply chain solutions. You’ll work with product management, deployment, and clients to refine designs that integrate Kinaxis into customers’ operations, boosting adoption and mis sion-critical outcomes. You will lead a team of solution consultants through complex projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs and readiness for market. This role offers impact across early innovation, adoption, and growth phases in a fast-moving, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Support concurrent product launches from planning to development and growth stages
• Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects and relay feedback to PM/Engineering
• Own solution design including process flows, user stories, and data flow definitions
• Lead the consultants to ensure product meets customer business needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare PS and partners for deployment lifecycle
• Contribute to Training and Enablement for Sales and Deployment
• Own outcomes for Early Innovators during pre-launch phase

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 7–10 years in the supply chain management software industry
• 5+ years in High-Tech supply chain or related field
• Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts with experience on Maestro, Oracle or Blue Yonder
• Technical leadership in data integration, data management, system configuration and deployment
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to lead and coach a team and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and product program management
