Senior Manager Supply – Europe

Overview

In this role you lead aviation fuel supply operations across France, the UK, and Ireland, optimizing regional networks for profitability, efficiency, and service. You drive supplier relationships and support commercial growth while balancing operational excellence with business goals. You will manage a regional team, shape supply strategy, and contribute to SAF initiatives and governance. Responsibilities

• Lead aviation fuel supply operations across France, the UK, and Ireland
• Develop regional supply strategies to optimize profitability, efficiency, and service
• Analyze market conditions and performance to identify value opportunities
• Support commercial growth with supply chain solutions and cost analysis
• Collaborate with commercial, pricing, and risk teams for informed decisions
• Oversee fuel inventory management across regional airport locations
• Monitor logistics networks and supply infrastructure
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Negotiate and manage contracts with key service providers
• Develop and coach a team of Supply Operations Managers
• Ensure compliance with aviation fuel, transport, and regulatory requirements
• Support SAF initiatives and regulatory reporting
• Lead regional budgeting and capacity planning
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams

Key requirements

• Significant experience in aviation fuel supply, fuel logistics, energy or commodities operations, petroleum distribution, and supply chain leadership
• Experience managing complex regional supply networks and operational teams
• Strong commercial acumen to improve profitability and performance
• Experience negotiating and managing supplier and logistics contracts
• Strong forecasting, planning, and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching high-performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and French
