Clinical Independent Rater for Clinical Trial – Polish Speaking

Overview

In this role you will help safeguard the integrity of clinical trial data by reviewing rater-administered scales and guiding methodology and scoring. You will work with raters through live feedback and calibration sessions, supporting performance via functional assessments like mock interviews. You’ll participate in training, prepare materials, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. This part-time, remote position supports high-quality assessments within IQVIA’s clinical research ecosystem and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with all relevant documents
• Conduct live feedback sessions with raters on assessment methodology and scoring
• Complete tasks and rater interactions according to schedule
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time

Key requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI and MADRS)
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research)
• Experience in CNS trials preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
