Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role, you will manage the financials of office interior fit-out projects for a respected main contractor in East London. You’ll ensure high-standard quantity surveying activities and embed the company’s ways of working in daily routines. You’ll operate with professionalism to uphold the firm’s strong reputation. Responsibilities

• Manage the financial aspects of projects undertaken by contractors
• Ensure high-standard quantity surveying activities are delivered
• Apply and embed the company’s working methods in daily tasks
• Maintain a professional approach to protect and enhance the company’s reputation

Key requirements

• 5 years of experience
• BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial degree
• Strong data skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and willingness to expand software knowledge
• Solid Quantity Surveyor track record
• CSCS card at an appropriate level
• Driving licence desirable
