Site Manager – Residential

Overview

In this role you will lead a high-end residential on-site team, reporting to the contracts manager to deliver 19 luxury homes in Lingfield over an 18-month programme. You will supervise subcontractors and maintain the high build standards the developer is known for. Experience as the number 1 on site and strong references are essential to ensure smooth coordination and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site construction operations for a 19-unit high-end residential development
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate trades to uphold quality and programme milestones
• Ensure all houses are finished to the expected high standards
• Report to the contracts manager and provide clear site updates
• Maintain site safety, discipline, and adherence to project plan
• Manage day-to-day site issues and liaise with stakeholders to keep the build on track
