Overview
In this Cleaning Supervisor/Manager role, you will lead on delivering the client’s cleaning services across your region and ensure high standards of safety, training, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll own operational routines, overtime and stock controls, and mentor team members to support development. You’ll partner with clients and service providers to meet expectations and identify opportunities for additional services. Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver the client’s cleaning specifications at your location
- Own overtime and stock control processes with robust reporting
- Ensure staff training is in place and act as a mentor for development
- Supervise the contract operations and align with clients, service providers, and stakeholders
- Maintain a proactive management approach across the regional business
- Engage with and meet client service expectations through effective leadership
Key requirements

- Experience in Cleaning Supervisor or Management roles (essential)
