Overview
As a Senior People Development Partner, you will drive scalable learning for ICs and all-employee audiences, embedding AI into design and delivery. You’ll own learning strategy, calendars, and transfer activities while collaborating with designers and SMEs to refresh content. You’ll facilitate global sessions and lead EMEA orientations, shaping programs that promote inclusion and align with Workiva’s strategic goals. This role offers the impact of modernizing learning with AI, a global scope, and cross-functional partnership.
Responsibilities
- Own learning strategy, promotions, schedules, and transfer activities
- Serve as day-to-day Program Manager for IC/all-employee learning portfolio; shape content priorities and direction
- Maintain single source of truth for learning calendars and quarterly topics
- Facilitate virtual and in-person learning for ICs/all-employee audiences globally
- Lead bi-monthly EMEA New Hire Orientation and other regional programs
- Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to curate and update content
- Leverage AI tools to modernize curriculum and weave AI concepts into content
- Collaborate on program development using AI for ideation, learner needs, and materials
- Measure program effectiveness via learner insights, dashboards, and feedback; identify trends and improvements
- Present insights and curriculum changes in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Key requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- 6+ years in learning and development with program management, large-scale event planning, facilitation, and program design
- Preferred: people management experience
- 2+ years facilitating to manager audiences
- Coaching certification (preferred)
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to apply AI tools strategically while evaluating outputs for accuracy and bias
- Experience designing and delivering development programs for diverse global groups and promoting DEI
