Associate, Investigations, Diligence & Compliance – Core

Overview

You will conduct in-depth investigations and due diligence to support clients’ compliance and risk remediation efforts. Working in a global, fast-paced team, you’ll learn through an in-house training program while handling multilingual research and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear assessments on the status and reputation of subjects, contributing to governance and transparency goals. Responsibilities

• Conduct complex English- and foreign-language research using public records, commercial and proprietary databases, media sources and the Internet
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to form concise, objective assessments
• Write well-structured, concise, and logical reports to clients in English
• Manage multiple assignments from start to finish, prioritizing tasks and timelines
• Evaluate subject companies and principals for legitimacy and background
• Support collaborative, high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment

Key requirements

• Native or equivalent English proficiency in reading comprehension
• Excellent English reading and writing skills with ability to summarize diverse sources
• Proficiency in Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Russian, or Turkish
• 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships)
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in International Relations/Affairs, Regional Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Law or related fields
• Ability to conduct online research using various sources
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced settings
• Strong time management and prioritization, attention to detail
