Overview
In this role you will join an international commercial law firm’s Financial Regulation team in Leeds. You will support contentious and non-contentious regulatory work across key frameworks like FSMA, FCA/PRA, MiFID and related regimes, contributing to complex, technically precise matters. You will collaborate with a collegiate team on high-quality regulatory advice for financial services clients and help develop your expertise in a highly specialised area. Responsibilities
- Assist on regulatory matters within FSMA, PRA/FCA rules, and other regulatory regimes
- Support research, drafting, and preparation of regulatory advices and filings
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex regulatory issues and regulatory investigations where applicable
- Contribute to handling AML, consumer protection, and advertising/marketing regulation matters
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused regulatory solutions
Key requirements
- Newly qualified solicitor
- Strong academic record
