Overview

In this role you will support world-renowned clients through the Programme Advisory team, shaping strategy and the setup and optimisation of controls and performance functions. You will work with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects to design fit-for-purpose solutions that unlock client benefits and outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Assess client environments and challenges to tailor our structured approach
  • Analyze, document findings and recommendations across engagement stages
  • Lead workshops in virtual and in-person settings with client representatives
  • Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams on client sites and remotely
  • Tailor established methodologies, tools, and systems to client needs
  • Support personal development through independent client work and internal initiatives
  • Drive team activities including development of transformation products and approaches
  • Lead business development activities such as bids and proposals
  • Engage in marketing and employee advocacy where appropriate
  • Provide line management and development for direct reports

Key requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls or related PMO/controls & performance roles
  • Experience on major capital projects/programmes in infrastructure sectors (defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable
  • Experience writing/presenting reports and navigating complex stakeholder environments up to C-suite
  • Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses and PMO
  • Proficiency with controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams; experience with Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI or similar
  • Relationship-building with clients and peers
