Overview
In this role you provide proactive executive support to Knight Frank’s Commercial Valuation & Advisory Funds team, enabling efficient operations and high-impact client-facing work. You will partner with senior stakeholders, organize complex calendars, prepare documents and presentations, and coordinate events and business development activities. Your work helps maintain compliant processes, accurate records, and polished communications across multiple platforms. This position offers exposure to a leading property services firm with opportunities to influence team efficiency and stakeholder experiences.

Responsibilities
- Provide executive support including complex diary, inbox and meeting management
- Coordinate internal/external meetings, calls and client viewings with pre-prepared materials
- Prepare, format and coordinate client-facing documents, valuation reports, presentations and correspondence
- Manage travel arrangements and support pitches and presentations for business development
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems, client databases and valuation platforms
- Act as ambassador for the department and support invoice processing, expenses, WIP reporting and debtor tracking
- Attend team meetings, take minutes and ensure actions are followed through
- Coordinate team training and professional development records, onboarding for new joiners
- Support adherence to internal processes, compliance and audit standards
- Act as Information Security champion and promote best practices
- Monitor and update team information across Knight Frank platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Coordinate marketing materials, event collateral and CRM activities
- Organise client events, strategy days and networking activities
- Manage social media and marketing activity in line with brand guidelines
- Liaise with Marketing/Business Development for timely project delivery
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in an EA/Team Assistant/Operations role
- Strong diary, inbox and stakeholder management
- Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proactive, professional and collaborative approach
- Experience in property, professional services or corporate environment advantageous but not essential
