Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for building services projects across sectors ensuring technical excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into building designs
• Perform feasibility studies, design calculations, and performance assessments for efficiency and sustainability
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports compliant with standards
• Oversee project delivery including budgets, schedules, and quality assurance

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Chartered Engineer or working towards chartered
• Extensive experience in designing/delivering electrical building services across sectors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux
• Strong knowledge of CIBSE guidelines and UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership with proven project management
