Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations on industrial agreements within specific jurisdictions
- Advise people managers and country leadership on IR matters
- Integrate local and national IR priorities into people plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation
- Analyse local and national IR data to identify insights and opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IR practices
Key requirements
- Extensive IR experience with negotiations with unions and works councils across Europe
- Ability to frame legal/negotiated IR issues into practical implications
- Change management experience in a dynamic European environment
- Strong data-driven, analytical mindset with persuasive communication to senior stakeholders
- Project management, influencing, and negotiation skills

- Fluent French and advanced English proficiency
