SAP 4 Hana Analytics Specialist II

Overview

In this role you leverage data analytics to enhance S4 planning processes and improve supply chain efficiency. You work with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights that optimize inventory and support decision-making. You will develop Power BI dashboards and S4 Hana reporting to drive planning accuracy and cost reductions. A key focus is continuous improvement and data quality, with training and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI based reporting to support supply planning and execution in S4 Hana
• Create and maintain analytics dashboards and reports for planning decision-making
• Analyze supply planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to align analytics with business goals
• Apply advanced analytics to optimize supply planning processes
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to process improvements
• Provide ongoing training on analytics practices and tools to stakeholders
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Experience with data visualization tools – Power BI
• Proven experience supporting supply chain processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills with cross-functional teams
