Overview
In this role you drive executive client engagements and onsite events from planning to post-engagement follow-up at NTT DATA’s London Briefing Center. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape briefing agendas, manage end‑to‑end logistics, and deliver a high-quality visitor experience. You’ll grow expertise in executive engagement, events management, and CXC operations within a supportive marketing function. This is a hands-on role that combines coordinating complex programs with content and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate executive briefings and onsite events from request to post-engagement follow-up
- Develop briefing agendas and session flows with CXC and account teams
- Manage logistics for routine and complex events, including room setup, AV, catering, and hospitality
- Coordinate space, equipment, and hospitality decisions with internal stakeholders and leadership
- Track projects, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery of event elements
- Maintain briefing content, library assets, and subject-matter resources
- Support CRM and briefing management processes with accurate engagement records
- Prepare KPI briefs and leadership presentations on briefing program activity
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, executives, and external vendors
- Assist in maintaining briefing toolkit, templates, and process documentation
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of CXC processes and client experience
- Support day-to-day campaign and program management as directed
Key requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing, events coordination, or client-facing support (8–10 years)
- Experience with client experience centers, corporate events, or hospitality is advantageous
- Proven ability to coordinate logistics for senior stakeholder meetings
- Vendor management, budgeting, and multi‑project coordination experience
- Familiarity with technology, professional services, or managed services environments beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft professional content and summaries
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to handle high-pressure deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM processes and briefing/event management tools (Salesforce, Briefing Edge/Briefing Source)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Strategic, analytical thinking and ability to collaborate across functions
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
- Understanding of IT industry and business needs
