Fit-Out Manager

Overview

As Fit-Out Manager on a landmark Whitehall mixed-use scheme, you lead the high-end residential fit-out from drylining through to snagging. You’ll drive delivery by coordinating craft trades, M&E, carpentry and decoration, and ensure quality and schedule alignment. You will manage subcontractors daily and safeguard programme sequencing to meet client expectations. The role sits within a reputable contractor focused on service levels and delivery excellence. This is a permanent position on a prestigious project that shapes the city skyline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall fit-out process from drylining 1st fix to M&E 1st fix, through carpentry, decoration and commissioning to snagging.
• Manage subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure progress and quality.
• Maintain and apply programme of works and sequence to drive timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project team to meet client service levels on a landmark scheme.

Key requirements

• 3 years’ experience as a high-end residential fit-out manager
• Experience managing the full fit-out process across trades
• Proven track record of daily subcontractor management
• Good understanding of programme of works and sequencing
