In this Senior Manager role, you drive the Group’s financial planning, value creation, and capital discipline to support portfolio performance. You will partner with OpCo and Group leadership to translate complex numbers into clear insights and actionable strategies. The role focuses on scaling finance operations, driving efficiency, and enabling investment decisions that unlock value across markets. Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Group’s financial planning framework to drive transparency, capital discipline, and performance visibility
• Lead initiatives to optimize finance operations through process simplification, automation, and data-led decision support
• Deliver rigorous financial analysis and investment modelling to inform strategic decisions and track value delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to OpCo and Group leadership, translating financials into actionable insights for strategic direction
• Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing finance team with a commercial and investment mindset

Key requirements

• Background across Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Fintech or related industries
• Generalist experience in core finance: business partnering, FP&A, budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling, project coordination
• Experience in an international or pan-European environment
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced setting with a focus on value creation
