Overview

Responsibilities
- Identify and assess compliance and operational risks, including anti-fraud awareness and cybersecurity considerations.
- Develop and implement control strategies to mitigate identified risks, leveraging process improvement and project management.
- Monitor and assess the risk and control environment with data & tech literacy.
- Collaborate with executives to promote early risk identification, leveraging internal stakeholder and conflict management skills.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders with strong communication skills.
- Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.
Key requirements
- 3+ years of experience in control management focusing on risk identification, assessment, and control development.
- Experience monitoring and assessing risk and control environments with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration with business executives and conflict management and internal stakeholder management skills.
