Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the dispute resolution team and its caseload
- Oversee civil and commercial litigation matters
- Develop and strengthen client relationships and business opportunities
- Provide strategic direction, quality control, and mentoring for junior lawyers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Represent the department in firm-wide initiatives and client pitches
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive or equivalent
