Technical Consultant Fintech FRENCH SPEAKER

Overview

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will lead technical deployments for a flagship Fintech client in payments and compliance. You’ll work within Professional Services to implement solutions, resolve technical queries, and perform data analysis and issue reproduction. You will research product-specific tech issues and coordinate with Support and Product Owners on escalations, while contributing to pre-sales and documentation. The role offers fast progression and exposure to strategic changes, with opportunities to move toward product management or platform ownership. You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment serving blue-chip financial services clients.

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination of technical implementations
• Hands-on technical implementation of software solutions
• Investigating and resolving queries (data analysis, application, database issues)
• In-depth technical research of software products related to support issues; reproduce issues and escalate to management/product owners
• Some involvement in pre-sales
• Some documentation work
• General professional services activities

Key requirements

• Background in technical consultancy or application support
• Experience with Web Applications and RDBMS
• Degree with a technology or science focus
• Experience with Web Servers
• SQL
• Ideally some financial services or payments experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• ITIL experience or familiarity
