Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and financial reports
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditure
- Administer contracts and manage change control processes
- Assess and value variations, compensation events, and contractor applications
- Support procurement and tendering activities
- Produce valuations and final accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects
Key requirements
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience on infrastructure projects (rail, aviation, highways, utilities, or major civil schemes)
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential
- Experience administering NEC contracts and managing commercial processes within an infrastructure environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
