Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Dragos, you will act as a trusted advisor to European OT/industrial clients, helping them maximise value from Dragos solutions and mature their OT cybersecurity programs. You’ll work with security, engineering, operations and executive stakeholders to translate priorities into measurable outcomes and practical deployments. Through advisory engagements, workshops and enablement, you will operationalise use cases, enhance cyber resilience, and drive ongoing value realisation. You will shape product feedback and work with cross-functional teams, with travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor and technical advocate for assigned accounts.
  • Lead onboarding and adoption to maximise Dragos value.
  • Facilitate goal-setting workshops aligning platform capabilities with objectives.
  • Guide operationalisation of use cases and integration into security and OT workflows.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and best practices to improve maturity.
  • Monitor health, adoption and utilisation; identify risks to success.
  • Develop and execute engagement and recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Conduct account reviews and value discussions; identify improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver enablement, workshops, and training to boost proficiency.
  • Collaborate with CS, Support, Product, Services and Sales; represent customer voice.
  • Act as subject matter expert on OT cybersecurity in workshops, QBRs and executive briefings.
  • Travel within Europe region up to 30%.

Key requirements

  • 3+ years in OT, ICS or critical infrastructure environments with knowledge of ICS/SCADA/DCS.
  • Experience in security operations, threat detection, threat intelligence or related cybersecurity areas.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity, OT/ICS and risk management.
  • Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, SANS ICS 5 Critical Controls, CAF, Cyber Resilience Act, and related European frameworks.
  • Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders; deliver workshops and advisory engagements.
  • Strong communication and relationship management; customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with European critical infrastructure regulations and cyber resilience requirements is valued.
  • Multilingual candidates, especially German or other European languages, are preferred.
