Overview
In this role, you will lead and deliver complex energy and building performance projects for real estate clients. You’ll translate sustainability ambitions into implementable energy, carbon, and resilience actions, working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams. You will drive data-driven insights, audits, and optimisation efforts to realise measurable savings. This is a hands-on, impact‑focused position within a team shaping sustainable transitions for global property portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-client building optimisation and energy reduction projects to deliver on time, quality, and budget
- Provide technical input including data analytics, modelling, and strategic insights for project delivery
- Develop and contribute to business development and proposals, including client webinars and value propositions
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth with key accounts
- Handle operational needs: invoicing, project management information, time-sheets, and safety requirements
- Support sustainability targets and CSR team objectives when required
- Collaborate across the wider real estate and commercial/industrial teams to broaden project exposure
