Senior Manager/Assistant Director, Valuations (Private Credit)

Overview

As Assistant Director in Deloitte’s Valuations team, you will lead value-related engagements for a broad mix of clients, from private equity to financial institutions. You will apply technical and commercial valuation insights to complex assignments and manage teams and client relationships. The role sits at the heart of private credit valuations and cross-functional collaboration with M&A, Transaction Services and Tax. Key requirements

• Valuation experience in accounting/valuation firms, banks, private equity, or similar
• Experience analyzing debt instruments, convertibles, preference shares, and loan portfolios
