Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of suppliers to secure a world-class supply chain for the Gloucester site. You will work within cross‑functional teams to implement supplier improvements and ensure on‑time, quality delivery while meeting internal expectations. The role emphasizes proactive supplier performance and collaboration with internal customers, with travel to supplier sites as needed. You will contribute to Safran Landing Systems’ mission of end‑to‑end lifecycle management and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Oversee a supplier portfolio to meet site requirements
• Analyze underperforming suppliers and implement corrective action plans
• Participate in multisite supplier reviews with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate in cross-functional transfers of work packages within the supply chain
• Support Supplier Performance Quality Leader in implementing performance strategies
• Manage internal expectations with key customers to ensure satisfaction
• Travel to supplier sites as needed on an ad-hoc basis

Key requirements

• Demonstrable SAP knowledge
• Extensive supplier and order book management experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Proven negotiation and supplier influence abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
