Overview
In this role you will lead transfer pricing matters across EMEA, shaping policies and guidance for a global business. You will partner with finance teams to deliver timely TP solutions, oversee risk assessment, and drive compliance and controversy strategies. You will work with external consultants on documentation and stay ahead of evolving legislation, delivering high-quality TP outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence complex TP governance within a multinational setting and collaborate across time zones and cultures.
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with finance teams to provide ad-hoc TP advice and solutions
- Lead internal transfer pricing risk assessment and analyses
- Oversee implementation of TP processes, controls, and monitoring
- Lead TP audits, strategy development, and authority communications
- Coordinate with external consultants on contemporaneous TP documentation and compliance
- Respond to TP inquiries and support business partners on TP issues
- Monitor and analyse new TP legislation and regulatory developments
Key requirements
- Extensive transfer pricing experience (≥2 years at senior manager level) in a multinational or professional firm
- Bachelor in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Strong understanding of TP principles and OECD-related regulations
- Strong data analysis and time management skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
