Overview

As Director, you will lead the Birmingham office, shaping its growth and service offering within a respected building services and sustainability consultancy. You will mentor senior engineers, strengthen client relationships, and drive output through new techniques while guiding resource planning and QA. The role offers a path to equity within the consultancy, reflecting its growth ambitions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑accredited UK projects and expanding the office footprint.

Key requirements

• 15+ years experience within MEP Design
• Degree educated in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineer, Architectural Engineering or similar
• Chartered or working towards Chartership
• Professional membership with CIBSE or IET or similar
• Experience in a client facing role
• Passion for sustainable building services design
• Knowledge and experience delivering high accredited buildings in the UK
