As Enterprise Architect, you will shape the technology landscape to power FTSE Russell’s leading benchmarks. You bridge business strategy with scalable, secure platforms and lead AI-native governance and architecture reviews. You’ll design high‑performant, AWS-based infrastructure for market data, indices, and analytics, while partnering with engineering, product, and operations to accelerate delivery. Responsibilities

• Pioneer AI-native governance and automate architecture governance across the lifecycle
• Lead design authorities and AI-assisted architecture reviews to balance quality and speed
• Champion LSEG architecture standards and define common patterns with engineering leads
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, actionable designs considering cost, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Engage with executives, engineers, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment
• Shape the strategic technology vision to support becoming the leading benchmark and indices provider
• Architect high‑performance, AWS-based infrastructure enabling rapid innovation across index types
• Drive AI adoption and emerging technologies while considering regulatory requirements
• Foster a data science-friendly platform through Engineering-Research collaboration
• Partner with product, engineering, operations to align technology with business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to operations and product to identify synergies
• Bridge cross-department collaboration to create alignment toward common objectives

Key requirements

• AWS cloud-native architectures proficiency
• Market data systems experience or financial data analytics background
