Overview
In this role you will lead safety case activities for UK nuclear facilities, shaping risk-informed decisions across new builds, operating sites and decommissioning. You will work within the Safety Case capability to deliver ALARP-focused assessments and develop client relationships across projects and frameworks. You’ll mentor junior engineers and contribute to external programs and STEM initiatives, supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This position offers home-based options and cross-site collaboration in a mission-driven, energy-transition context.

Responsibilities
- Lead safety case projects for UK nuclear clients across new build, operating facilities, decommissioning and waste management.
- Support business development, client engagement, and bid preparation for projects and frameworks.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers; participate in external programs and STEM initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and risk reduction to ALARP.
