Senior Project Manager (EMEA or USA)

Overview

In this role, you will own end-to-end coordination for product initiatives from commitment to release, ensuring a sequenced plan with owners and dates. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to keep dependencies visible and align cross-team delivery. You turn ambiguity into actionable plans and build repeatable processes, leveraging AI tooling to reduce manual overhead. You will drive go-to-market readiness and manage release communications, ensuring a smooth launch that resonates with customers. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role within Panopto’s R&D and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end plan for initiatives: scope, sequence, milestones, readiness criteria
• Break large initiatives into discrete workstreams with clear owners
• Track delivery and surface slippage; manage cross-team dependencies
• Facilitate dependency reviews, cross-team planning, and release readiness sessions
• Translate technical blockers into clear updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Drive GTM readiness with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Customer Success
• Coordinate release communications and release notes
• Create templates, checklists, and repeatable processes; leverage AI tooling to streamline reporting

Key requirements

• 6+ years of project or program management experience
• 4+ years in a B2B SaaS Product or R&D environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience delivering with software engineering teams and coordinating GTM launches
• Experience managing complex SaaS architectures (APIs, multi-tenant cloud, feature flags, CD)
• Understanding of SaaS lifecycle and agile delivery with adaptable processes
• Technical fluency to discuss dependencies and blockers with engineers
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to push back on scope creep
• Experience with distributed teams across time zones
• Track record designing/improving cross-functional delivery and GTM release frameworks
