Overview

In this role you will be the regional data analysis backbone for the EMEA sustainability program, delivering robust analytics, QA, and reporting. You’ll support the Regional Operations Lead and the IFM Programme Lead, freeing senior staff from routine data work. Expect execution-focused, data-driven tasks across dashboards, data quality, and ESG reporting. You will help scale sustainability data practices across 41 EMEA sites and contribute to decarbonization initiatives. This is a hands-on, non-managerial position with a clear impact on client reporting and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the centralized EMEA SOT 2026 dashboard in QuickSight
  • Design semi-automated weekly/monthly reports with data refresh workflows
  • Create templated narrative frameworks for client ESG compliance reporting
  • Develop logic for carbon KPIs, water reduction, and other targets
  • Map EMEA data pipelines and adapt dashboards for EMEA/APAC scope
  • Conduct regional utility data QA/QC and reduce error rates
  • Audit data sources, troubleshoot gaps with FM/IFM teams, and ensure governance readiness
  • Support HVAC/IAQ data processing and energy savings analysis across sites
  • Establish data quality management feedback loops to global UDM team
  • Support compliance and governance reporting data preparation and monthly/quarterly reports

Key requirements

  • University degree in environmental science, data analytics, engineering, or related
  • 1–2 years in sustainability/energy data analysis or environmental data management
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; data manipulation and statistical analysis
  • Dashboard tool proficiency (QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and zero tolerance for data errors
  • Proactive self-starter able to chase data and troubleshoot independently
