Responsibilities

• Lead and spearhead structural engineering projects with a focus on quality and delivery
• Provide senior technical leadership and mentorship within multidisciplinary teams
• Drive innovation and maintain design excellence across projects
• Collaborate across offices to support a growing forward order book and reputation
• Play a leading role in the Exeter team and contribute to promotion pathways
• Ensure designs meet client expectations, codes, and industry standards

Key requirements

• Eight+ years experience in a UK structural engineering consultancy
• Confident with 3D design (Tekla); Revit is advantageous
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Chartered with IStructE or ICE
