In this role you will lead strategic transformations in the energy & utilities sector, shaping EY’s sustainability and transformation capabilities for clients. You will nurture key client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and contribute to business development and market positioning. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commercial experience in energy sector projects and build trusted client relationships
• Leverage networks to generate new opportunities and strengthen client engagement
• Deliver high-quality client deliverables and serve as a subject matter specialist
• Shape innovative solutions to complex client challenges
• Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Lead and empower multidisciplinary teams on complex engagements
• Develop thought leadership to support business development and market profile
• Foster internal collaboration across service lines to bring EY capabilities to clients
• Support business development and growth of the practice
• Drive process improvement and champion quality and risk management
• Act as a role model for Quality & Risk Management and ensure EY standards compliance

Key requirements

• Extensive energy sector experience in Ireland or internationally
• Experience delivering complex energy market projects
• Proven track record in strategic, transformation or sustainability programs
• Strong stakeholder management including C-suite engagement
• Business development and client relationship management experience
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience in energy policy/regulation, market design, or related areas (preferred)
