Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor in a Midlands demolition-focused main contractor, you will manage commercial controls across multiple schemes. You’ll prepare valuations, cost reports and procurement schedules while administering subcontractor accounts and contract changes. You will work closely with clients to ensure quality, value and progress align with project goals. This role offers a strong package, market-facing responsibilities, and opportunities to influence project financials and procurement in a growing regional portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of valuations/applications for payment
- Preparation of cost reports to the client
- Management of subcontractor and material procurement schedules
- Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
- Contract administration including change management and registers
Key requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
- Progressed steadily from a commercial background
- Previously worked on civil/demolition sectors
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Valuations and applications for payment
