Contracts Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage multiple residential groundworks projects from pre-start to handover, coordinating with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and safety standards while leading site teams to deliver quality and strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple residential groundwork projects from pre-start to handover
• Coordinate with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and health & safety standards
• Lead site teams with a focus on quality, safety, and performance
• Solve problems on-site and maintain excellent client relationships
• Report progress to senior management and contribute to continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager
• Knowledge of commercial groundworks, civil engineering and infrastructure
• Excellent project and people management skills
• Commercially astute with good contract and cost control knowledge
