Senior Strategy Manager

Overview

As a Senior Strategy & Corporate Development Manager, you will shape Rightmove’s long-term strategy and evaluate growth opportunities. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and the company-wide roadmap. You’ll blend market insight with rigorous analysis to inform critical decisions and transactions. This role offers visibility across the executive team and the chance to influence the future of the UK’s leading property platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects from problem framing to final recommendations
• Support development of the long-term strategic plan and annual roadmap with senior leaders
• Lead strategic, commercial and financial analysis for M&A, partnerships and investments, including due diligence and valuation, and support transaction execution and integration
• Develop market insights and external relationships to build expertise in the prop-tech landscape
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with executive presence

Key requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and perform sound strategic analysis based on hypotheses
• Excellent analytical capability with qualitative and quantitative analysis, including financial modelling
• Strong communicator with executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable in a lean, high-impact team and capable of presenting to senior leaders and delivering core analyses
