Overview
In this role you will handle sophisticated corporate tax matters for a UK Top 50 firm, advising a diverse client base including international clients. You will work closely with clients and advisers on both transactional and standalone tax work, contributing to acquisitions, reorganisations, VAT, stamp duty, and international tax issues. The role offers hybrid working and strong long-term progression within a collaborative, reputable team. You will also engage in venture capital work such as SEIS/EIS and draft tax deeds and warranties, shaping meaningful tax solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide transactional and standalone corporate tax advice on acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations
- Advise on tax clearances, VAT, stamp duty, and international tax issues
- Manage tax disputes and coordinate with clients and external advisers
- Engage in venture capital work including SEIS/EIS advice and employee share schemes
- Draft and negotiate tax deeds and warranties
- Build trusted relationships with clients across UK and international markets
