Overview

In this role you will lead a new build residential project in Epsom, overseeing delivery of 88 traditional houses and flats from groundworks onward. You will work within a reputable housebuilder known for quality and staff care, ensuring safe, on-time completion. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standards and drive project success. This is a hands-on leadership role on a high-profile residential development with a strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of a large residential project from groundworks to completion
• Act as No.1 on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Maintain strict health and safety practices and compliance
• Monitor programme progress, quality, and budget, reporting to senior management
• Foster a collaborative, safety-focused site culture

Key requirements

• Track record as No.1 on large new build residential projects
• Experience with reputable housebuilders
• Strong health & safety mindset
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
• Degree qualification or related qualifications preferred
• Able to commute to Epsom, Surrey
