Client Executive Leader – Corporate

Overview

As Client Executive Leader in Bristol, you will combine hands-on leadership with strategic client stewardship to rebuild and grow the corporate & commercial division for a global insurance broker. You will mentor a team of Client Executives while managing a select portfolio of high-value corporate clients, delivering risk advisory and long-term partnerships. You’ll engage senior decision-makers on risk management and business continuity, influencing the office’s growth and leadership succession. This role offers high visibility and a clear path to senior leadership.

• Salary up to 85,000

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a growing team of Client Executives
• Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients with strategic advisory and service excellence
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers focusing on risk management and continuity
• Contribute to Bristol office strategy and growth
• Support talent attraction and development to support business growth

Key requirements

• Experience managing large or complex corporate insurance clients
• Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into management as a Senior Client Executive
• Consultative approach with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset
• Diploma qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous
• Experience in national/global/independent insurance brokers
