As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial aspects of a 9m on-site project in Bicester, spanning industrial, commercial and infrastructure works. You will work within a growing, privately owned main contractor and collaborate with a full commercial team to manage costs and procurement. The role sits on a 35-week project, offering scope to apply strong commercial judgment and drive value on site. This opportunity suits a proactive professional seeking impact across build delivery, cost control and stakeholder liaison. Responsibilities
- On-site commercial management of a 9m industrial/commercial project, supported by the in-house commercial team
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage costs, procurement and financial processes
- Contribute to contractual and change management related activities
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and cost reporting for the 35-week duration
Key requirements
- Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- Extensive experience with a reputable main contractor
- Track record on industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects
- Excellent commercial skills and awareness
- Full UK drivers’ license
