Full Stack Engineer

Overview

In this role you will join the core build team to expand a live fintech platform. You’ll design and ship end-to-end features, broaden the stack with new services and integrations, and embed AI-powered capabilities. You’ll shape architecture as the platform scales, write clean, tested code, and improve reliability, security, and performance. You work closely with the CTO in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment that values practical shipping and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship features end-to-end across the platform
• Expand the stack with new services and integrations, including LLM-powered features
• Embed AI development tools as standard practice and influence team usage
• Contribute to architecture decisions as the platform scales
• Write clean, well-tested code and review others’ work
• Debug, profile and improve performance, reliability and security

Key requirements

• TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL and AWS
• Strong data structures, API design, testing, version control
• Fanatic user of AI coding tools and knowledge of AI tooling practices
• Experience with or integration of LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) or demonstrable related projects
• Thrives in a small team and can wear multiple hats
• Comfort being in the London office Tuesday to Thursday
