Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload (wills, trusts, estate administration)
• Provide advice on complex tax planning and powers of attorney
• Handle Court of Protection matters
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Engage with a diverse client base including high-net-worth and vulnerable clients

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE in private client work
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
