Overview

In this role you apply hands-on electrical design ownership within a London-based building services practice. You’ll deliver LV power, lighting, containment, and life-safety designs while running load calculations and driving Revit models, coordinating with mechanical and public health teams. The position supports your progression toward Chartership through broad project exposure—commercial, residential, and mixed-use—while you take on important work with senior oversight nearby. A fast track to chartership and diverse learning are key appeals.

Responsibilities

• perform electrical design across LV power, lighting, small power, containment and life safety systems
• run load calculations and size electrical services
• drive Revit electrical models
• coordinate with mechanical and public health teams to integrate electrical with other trades
• take ownership of meaningful work with proximity to senior oversight

Key requirements

• 2-5 years of UK consultancy experience (baseline)
• ability to work with minimal close oversight
• progressing toward Chartership
• experience across commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects is useful
• on-site, client-facing work in London (implied)
